What this is. A little museum of side-projects. Each one started as a conversation and ended as a real, working thing — a game, a fitness tracker, a private AI server, a story wiki, a store, a sales engine. Click any dossier for the hero shot, a wireframe of how it's wired, the story of building it, and a short “build it yourself” so you can steal the approach.
No secrets in here — no keys, tokens, or anyone's data. Just the interesting parts.
